Safety production and environmental responsibility

Sirui adheres to the concept of green management, introduces the German automatic environmental protection cleaning line, the equipment can realize the entire automatic operation, with safe and reliable, high quality and high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving, intelligent excellent performance, the production capacity can reach 100,000 pieces/day. At the same time, the company has built a comprehensive sewage treatment station, using the domestic and foreign more advanced "A/O biological contact oxidation process" to treat sewage. After treatment, the sewage meets the third-class standard of Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and b-class standard of Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewage Water Quality Standard (GB/T 31962-2015). After treatment, some of the sewage is discharged into municipal pipe network, and some of it is used for plant greening and watering, which can save about 30 tons of water annually.

The company emphasizes clean energy, set up photovoltaic power stations, built a 1.89 MW distributed rooftop photovoltaic project, and developed a self-developed column-type tracking photovoltaic power generation system (tracking power generation efficiency is more than 1.5 times that of the roof). The photovoltaic system can generate approximately 1.8 million kWh of electricity throughout the year. It effectively reduces the power consumption of the grid and accounts for 10% of the company's total annual electricity consumption. The company built the first 6 MW smart micro-grid system in Northwest China, smart energy storage station and energy management system, and related auxiliary systems.It implements power demand side management, effectively flattens load fluctuation, realizes peak load shifting and valley filling, saves about 1.16 million KWH of electricity annually, and achieves the purpose of energy saving and utilization.
